Last night, ET aired a "teaser" clip of a video that they were going to show tonight. But then decided to not show it. And I for one am glad that they aren't.

The video is a surfaced video of Heath Ledger at a Drug party. Yes, I have seen the teaser clip, and No, I am not going to post it. Its disrespectful to Heath and his family.

I can for one, tell you a few things that were said by Heath though.

He said: "I'm gonna get so much shit from my girlfriend" and "We have a baby together…matilda matilda rose." Also, "I used to smoke five joints a day, for 20 years".

New reports have come out about the video, and people say that not once is Heath seen doing ANY drugs.

Right after he talks about smoking marijuana, he says "and that's why I got this tattoo [an M, for daughter Matilda] to remind me never to smoke weed again."


All the news wants to do is get publicity. That is all. So they doctor up this video to make it look like Heath was on drugs.
ET even said that they just wanted to get more ratings.

How messed up is that? That a news cast would stoop as low as showing a video like that of a man that just barley passed away? What a disgrace to Hollywood.

Britney FIANALLY getting help

Last night, Britney was placed into Medical Care... Willingly. Surprised? Me too!

Apperently, all that went down has been planned by a psychiatrist. Not family members. According to sources, her mom doesn't want Brit in the hospital.

Brit arrived at UCLA at or around 1:35am.

She admitted to taking Addoral and up to 10 laxatives a day.
She also said that her mom had slept with her ex-boyfriend... But who?

Lynn Spears (her mother) and Adnan arrived at the hospital, in the same car....

Brit will be held for 3 days, unless things go wrong. If so, it will be 14 days.

Osama Lufti and Spears' Parents are going to be going to court to see who can have medical say-so in Brits hospital stay.

Ethan Hawke and longtime girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes are expecting a baby!

“They are over the moon!” a pal tells In Touch about the pregnancy.

Ethan, 37, and Ryan, 28, first met when she worked as a nanny for the actor during his marriage to Uma Thurman.

Ethan, whose rep had no comment, and Uma divorced in 2003 after five years of marriage and two children—Maya, 9, and Levon, 6.

Indonesia is shaken up

CNN Reports

(CNN) -- A strong earthquake shook a group of islands in Indonesia Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Seismologists said the earthquake was of 6.2 magnitude.

The quake was recorded in Kepulauan Barat Daya, a group of islands in the Maluku province of Indonesia. The islands are located about 262 km (163 miles) from the East Timorese capital of Dili.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damages.

Dailin Wang, an oceanographer for the National Weather Service's Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, said the earthquake happened deep in the sea.

The center has not issued a tsunami warning.

"We do not expect a tsunami from this event," he said

The only way I will watch this is if she has a daily segement of "hot topics" like on The View. Instead of discussing the day's events with other people, I want her to discuss them with her dolls. You just know she talks to them before she goes to bed and tucks them in and shit. Besides Marie's dolls probably have a higher IQ than Sherri Shepherd.

Sean Young enters Rehab

LOS ANGELES - Sean Young has entered rehabilitation for alcohol abuse following a weekend outburst in which she was heckling from the audience at the Directors Guild of America awards.

The 48-year-old actress was escorted from the ballroom at the Hyatt Regency in Century City Saturday night after sparring with Julian Schnabel, who was nominated for “The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.”

“Actress Sean Young voluntarily admitted herself yesterday to a rehabilitation center for treatment related to alcoholism,” a statement from Insignia PR said Tuesday. “It is understood that Young has struggled against the disease for many years.”

At the DGAs, all of the film nominees get a chance to say a few words before the top prize is announced. Schnabel, in his trademark yellow-tinted glasses, seemed moved by the occasion and was a bit slow to start, looking down at the podium and running his hands through his wild, curly hair.

That’s when Young could be heard throughout the room urging him to get on with it. Apparently rattled, Schnabel scanned the room and asked who said that, then spotted Young and suggested that she “have another cocktail.”

Then he suggested that she should finish his speech for him and started walking off the stage. Music began playing for his exit, but the audience urged him to stay and keep speaking, and he did. Young, meanwhile, was removed from the ballroom.

The guild said in a statement Tuesday: “The DGA wishes to respect Ms. Young’s privacy at this difficult time and declines further comment.”

Joel and Ethan Coen were the winners for “No Country for Old Men.”

Young made her name in the 1980s with films like “Stripes,” “Blade Runner” and “No Way Out.” But she’s become more famous for some of her more bizarre behavior, including dressing up in a homemade cat suit in her quest to secure the role of Catwoman in the 1992 sequel “Batman Returns,” which went to Michelle Pfeiffer.

She also tried to crash the Vanity Fair Oscar party in 2006.

(Jan. 29) - Celebrities receiving calls from anyone claiming to be Heath Ledger's grieving father may want to be careful with what they say. It appears that an impersonator could be on the line.

The New York Post reports that a con man has telephoned A-listers Tom Cruise and John Travolta, presenting himself as the actor's father, Kim Ledger. The impersonator was able to get in touch with Cruise only one day after Heath Ledger's death and asked the star for comfort. A source tells the Post that the man spoke with Cruise several times over the next few days. Once Cruise found out the man was an impostor, he cut off conversations.

The scam artist had an even stranger demand for Travolta, asking the 'Hairspray' star to purchase a plane ticket for him to fly into the country from Australia. "John spoke with the guy briefly before he realized he was an impostor," says Travolta's publicist Samantha Mast. "He did not make arrangements to buy him a plane ticket." The caller also was said to have been hunting for the telephone numbers of Ledger's former co-stars Christian Bale and Mel Gibson. TMZ reports that he called up a FOX TV station in New York trying to obtain Naomi Watts' number. Hear a portion of the call HERE

The impersonator didn't stop at the stars with his demands. He telephoned the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home in New York City and finagled reservations at the top-notch Carlyle Hotel. The Post reports he was able to get free items delivered to his room as well, but was never there to accept them personally.

Police don't know the identity of the caller and had hoped to catch him at Ledger's wake, going so far as to send detectives to the service in hopes of apprehending him there.

Kim Ledger has been forthright with his grief over his son, making a public statement just hours after the news of Ledger's death was confirmed.

Donald Trump is being sued for $4 billion. No big whoop, unless you're only worth around $2 billion.

Nights at Vegas., Inc. is suing Trump, alleging he jock-blocked them in connection with the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Las Vegas. Nights at Vegas is a licensed real estate property management company that leased out a number of the 1,200 condos in Trump complex.

When Nights at Vegas leases a unit, it takes 20% of the rental income from the condo owner. The Donald has a management company that gets 50% of the income when it leases out the condos. Sounds like Nights has the edge. But there's a rub.

According to the lawsuit, Trump has effectively made it impossible for Nights at Vegas to do business by prohibiting them from using the name "Trump" in any of its advertising or marketing.

Nights at Vegas claims Trump is violating the anti-trust laws, among other things. The suit seeks a cool $1 bil in compensatory damages and $3 bil in punitive.

Production on Michelle Williams' new film has been delayed to allow her to grieve the loss of Heath Ledger.

The movie was set to begin production late next month.

"We will hold off until she is ready," says a source connected with the film. "The production is in the process of sorting it out in respect to her."

Williams had finished filming her final scene in another film being shot in Sweden when she found out the awful news of Ledger's passing.

The actress has been in seclusion and privately mourning since Heath's death.

TMZ has been reporting for weeks that Britney's family and some professionals in her life have been planning a "creative way" to deal with her mental problems. It looks like the time has arrived.
Sources told TMZ "if it happens," it should happen this week. Last night, Brit's mom, Lynne, her dad, Jamie, cousin Alli, as well as Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib all showed up at Britney's house and were all there at the same time.

Brit's mom and dad (and others) have known for months that a bipolar disorder -- and not substance abuse -- is at the root of her problems. They cannot involuntarily commit her (impossible under these circumstances) and Brit has refused to voluntarily enter a hospital or even undergo evaluation for the problem. But now the plan is underway.

Here's what's significant: Britney has not spoken to her mom for a while -- no contact at all. Last night, Britney and Lynne (along with Sam) left the house at one point and went to the drugstore, so it seems they are now interacting.

There were signs last night that Britney didn't feel as warm toward her dad, that she didn't want anything to do with him.

This move has been in the planning stages for well over a month. It should begin to unfold IF Britney cooperates, and that is the wild card.

BTW, this "creative" intervention is different from what her divorce lawyers pitched to Commissioner Scott Gordon last week. They are not involved in this one.

More proof that Britney needs help...

Last night, Britney and her "friend" Sam Lufti had a screaming fight outside of Ms. Spears home. No Idea what it is about yet. But she got out of Sam's car and called her Photog Boy-Toy, Adnan.

Sam sent Adnan text messages telling him to disappear.

Adnan called all 6 of Britney's Cell phones after he received a V-M from Brit sounding distraught. With no luck.

He arrived at Brit's place and tried to get in the gates, but the guards would not let Adnan in. Apperetnly (maybe) Sam told them to not let him in.

Later in the night, she was seen setting on the curb away from her home. She was also seen getting into a NEW photogs car, and later met up with Adnan.

Britney is granted telephone calls to sons

According to THESE documents, Britney is allowed to talk to her boys by telephone now.

A few weeks ago, she thought she should hold her youngest "hostage" in her bathroom. The night ended in the boys going back to daddy K-fed, and Brit went to the hospital... on a stretcher. And we all know how that went.

Britney is a horrible mother. But look how she was raised.. in the spotlight... she grew up WAY too fast. She needs to slow down. Calm down, and learn to become a good mother.

Archbishop of Greek Orthodox Church dies

CNN Reports

ATHENS, Greece (CNN) -- Archbishop Christodoulos of the Greek Orthodox Church died Monday after a battle with cancer, church officials told CNN. He was 69.

Christodoulos was the spiritual leader of roughly 15 million Greek Orthodox Christians worldwide, including about 10 million in Greece.

He had led the church for 10 years, boosting membership after a period of declining attendance and internal turmoil.

The archbishop also addressed centuries-old grievances with the Roman Catholic Church. He received the late Pope John Paul II in Athens in 2001 on the first papal visit to Greece in nearly 1,300 years.

During his visit to Greece, the pope asked for forgiveness for sins committed against Orthodox Christians during the 1,000 year split between the two traditions. The remarks drew applause from Christodoulos.

The 2001 declaration followed a roasting by Christodoulos, who told the pope that an apology was needed for grievances ranging from the Great Schism of 1054 to a lack of publicly expressed concern over the divided island of Cyprus.

"Traumatic experiences remain as open wounds on (the Greek people's) vigorous body," Christodoulos said. "Yet until now, there has not been heard even a single request for pardon."

Church authorities have scheduled a meeting of the Holy Synod, the church's governing body, for 2 p.m. Monday to discuss the election of a successor. Church rules say that the Holy Synod should set a date for the election of an archbishop within 20 days of a leader's death.

Christodoulos died about 5:15 a.m. Monday (10:15 p.m. Sunday ET) at his home in an Athens suburb, church officials said. He had battled liver cancer for several months and traveled to the United States in an unsuccessful attempt to get a transplant. He declined hospital treatment in the last several days.

The church declared three days of mourning and said that the archbishop's body will be placed on public display before his burial in a few days.

More than 90 percent of people in Greece belong to the Greek Orthodox Church.

Christodoulos was elected church leader in 1998 and is credited with reinvigorating the vast institution, according to reports from The Associated Press. He helped create church Web sites and radio stations, and frequently issued detailed checklists on how black-clad Orthodox priests should conduct themselves in public.

He was regularly named Greece's most popular public figure in opinion polls, the AP reported. But his abrasive tactics also made him enemies in the church and the media, who openly called for his resignation when several senior clerics were accused of embezzling funds, involvement in sexual scandals, and even trial-fixing in 2005.

Batman director writes a tribute for Heath

Christopher Nolan, who directed Heath as the Joker in this summer's Dark Knight film, has written a touching tribute to the departed actor.

One night, as I’m standing on LaSalle Street in Chicago, trying to line up a shot for “The Dark Knight,” a production assistant skateboards into my line of sight. Silently, I curse the moment that Heath first skated onto our set in full character makeup. I’d fretted about the reaction of Batman fans to a skateboarding Joker, but the actual result was a proliferation of skateboards among the younger crew members. If you’d asked those kids why they had chosen to bring their boards to work, they would have answered honestly that they didn’t know. That’s real charisma—as invisible and natural as gravity. That’s what Heath had.

Heath was bursting with creativity. It was in his every gesture. He once told me that he liked to wait between jobs until he was creatively hungry. Until he needed it again. He brought that attitude to our set every day. There aren’t many actors who can make you feel ashamed of how often you complain about doing the best job in the world. Heath was one of them.

One time he and another actor were shooting a complex scene. We had two days to shoot it, and at the end of the first day, they’d really found something and Heath was worried that he might not have it if we stopped. He wanted to carry on and finish. It’s tough to ask the crew to work late when we all know there’s plenty of time to finish the next day. But everyone seemed to understand that Heath had something special and that we had to capture it before it disappeared. Months later, I learned that as Heath left the set that night, he quietly thanked each crew member for working late. Quietly. Not trying to make a point, just grateful for the chance to create that they’d given him.

Those nights on the streets of Chicago were filled with stunts. These can be boring times for an actor, but Heath was fascinated, eagerly accepting our invitation to ride in the camera car as we chased vehicles through movie traffic—not just for the thrill ride, but to be a part of it. Of everything. He’d brought his laptop along in the car, and we had a high-speed screening of two of his works-in-progress: short films he’d made that were exciting and haunting. Their exuberance made me feel jaded and leaden. I’ve never felt as old as I did watching Heath explore his talents. That night I made him an offer—knowing he wouldn’t take me up on it—that he should feel free to come by the set when he had a night off so he could see what we were up to.

When you get into the edit suite after shooting a movie, you feel a responsibility to an actor who has trusted you, and Heath gave us everything. As we started my cut, I would wonder about each take we chose, each trim we made. I would visualize the screening where we’d have to show him the finished film—sitting three or four rows behind him, watching the movements of his head for clues to what he was thinking about what we’d done with all that he’d given us. Now that screening will never be real. I see him every day in my edit suite. I study his face, his voice. And I miss him terribly.

Back on LaSalle Street, I turn to my assistant director and I tell him to clear the skateboarding kid out of my line of sight when I realize—it’s Heath, woolly hat pulled low over his eyes, here on his night off to take me up on my offer. I can’t help but smile.

R.I.P Gordon Hinckley

(CNN) -- Mormon leader Gordon B. Hinckley died Sunday night at age 97, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints announced.

Hinckley served as president of the Salt Lake City-based church since 1995 and has been a member of its top leadership since the 1960s.

He died about 7 p.m. Sunday (9 p.m. ET) with his family by his side, church officials announced.

The Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, which becomes the nearly 13 million-member church's governing body upon the death of the president, will choose a successor after Hinckley's funeral.

No arrangements had been announced.

"His life was a true testament of service, and he had an abiding love for others," U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch, a Utah Republican and fellow Mormon, told The Associated Press.

"His wit, wisdom, and exemplary leadership will be missed by not only members of our faith, but by people of all faiths throughout the world."

New Will Smith movie "Hancock"

Will Smith has just wrapped up his newest movie "Hancock".



Will portrays an alcoholic super hero that is hated by everyone. A publisict, played by Jason Bateman, helps rehabilitate him. And the superhero eventually begins an affair with the publicist’s wife, played by Charlize Theron.

Hancock comes to Theaters on July 2nd. It was directed by actor/writer/director Peter Berg

Memorial Service for Heath in L.A

As it was raining, A memorial service was being held for Heath Ledger in L.A. around 8pm.
His family and a few friends were in attendance. Including Ex-Girlfriend, Naomi Watts.
Westwood Village Memorial Park held the service.

The Associated Press says that his body is now en route to his home town of Perth, Australia.

His publicist said that there would be no public service in L.A.

JAKARTA, Indonesia (CNN) -- Former Indonesian dictator Suharto -- the "smiling general" who ruled his country with an iron fist for three decades -- died Sunday at a hospital in Jakarta, said his doctor. He was 86.

He was rushed to Pertamina Hospital on January 4 for treatment of a failing liver, heart and lungs, his doctors said.

He had been suffering at home for five days.

Suharto, who, like other Indonesians, only has one name, was president of Indonesia from 1967 until he was forced to resign -- under immense political pressure -- in 1998

New info on Heath's Death

Some gossip Columns, AKA PerezHilton, Claim that Heath was on a cocaine binge the night before his Death, and TMZ claims that it was Natural causes.

Close sources to Ledger say that Heath and Michelle broke up because of Heath's addictions to Cocaine, Heroine, and pills. He believed that Michelle was going to try to take full custody of Matilda Rose. (Pictured above)

But TMZ reports that Heath may have died of Natural causes. That his heart just stopped.

"it's now appearing that the level of toxicity (from medication) in Ledger's system was low enough that it may not have caused his death. These sources say Heath's heart stopped. It could have been a heart attack but it's not certain, at least not yet. Although it's bizarre that a 28-year-old could die of natural causes, it happens."

R.I.P, Christian Brando

Marlon Brando's oldest son, Christian Brando, died early this morning at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, David Seeley, a lawyer for Marlon Brando's estate confirmed to the AP. He was 49.

Brando had been in the ICU since January 11 for pneumonia.

Seeley said the family had no funeral plans yet, adding, "This is a sad and difficult time for the family."

Christian had a minor roles in a few movies, but his real life was far more compelling; he went to prison for voluntary manslaughter in the death of his half-sister's boyfriend, Dag Drollet. He also was accused by Robert Blake's defense attorneys of having a role in Bonnie Lee Bakley's murder. Bonnie had originally named Brando as the father of her child with Blake.

Sources tell us that Brando had most recently been working in construction under a pseudonym.

Seeley said Brando was unmarried at the time of his death and had no children.

5 people killed near John Travolta's home

A fatal car accident killed five young men on an airstrip located adjacent to the Florida home of John Travolta, TMZ has learned.

The five men were speeding down a runway when their car ran off an embankment and was airborne for 200 feet before smashing into a tree early this morning, the AP reports. All five men were pronounced dead at the scene.

The airstrip is located at the exclusive "fly-in" community of Jumbolair Aviation Estates, where John Travolta has a home. The map above, obtained by Ocala.com from the Marion County Property Appraiser's Office, shows how close Travolta's home is to crash scene.

Hayden Panettiere will lead a rally against a resumption of commercial whaling at 1 p.m. this Sunday, January 27, in Washington, D.C.’s Dupont Circle. The event kicks off a whirlwind trip to the Nation’s Capital for Hayden, who will later speak with policymakers and students to encourage increased whale protection.

The 18-year-old Heroes star is a spokesperson for the Save the Whales Again! campaign, which is calling on the United States to stand up for whales at the International Whaling Commission and take diplomatic and economic action against whaling countries. After the rally, she will speak at Georgetown University. On Monday, she will meet with representatives from the embassies of Japan, Norway and Iceland to question their outdated whaling practices.

“Whales face increasing threats from climate change, ship strikes, entanglement in nets, and chemical and noise pollution, yet Japan, Norway and Iceland continue to kill them in increasing numbers,” Hayden said. “I am looking forward to talking with officials who actually make and carry out our policies, as well as fellow young people who will be voting in the upcoming election—I want our voice to be heard.”

On Tuesday, Hayden will speak at a 1 p.m. press conference hosted by House of Representatives Natural Resources Committee Chair Nick Rahall (D-WV). She will be joined by Rahall and Senator John Kerry (D-MA) in urging the US Government to reinstate its former leadership role protecting whales from commercial slaughter. An evening reception with Members of Congress and their staff is the final stop on her trip.

The latest in the death of Heath Ledger

As most of you may know, we lost a GREAT guy this week.

Heath was a great guy. He was a great son, father, brother, friend and actor. And we will remember him for many years to come as Ennis Del Mar of Brokeback Mountain, where he played oppiste Michelle Williams (Mother of his 2 year old, Matilda Rose) and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Many people at the WBC (Westboro Baptist Church) plan on picketing Mr. Ledger's funeral. Only because of his role in Brokeback Mountain. He played a homosexual. And a great one at that. But, because of that, The WBC believes he is going to Hell. Also, the WBC picket Soldier's funerals. This church, which is run by Fred Phelps believes that they are the only people allowed into Heaven. If anyone is going to Heaven, It will NOT be these guys. But anyways...

On January 22nd Heath's Body was found by his Maid and a Masseuse. The masseuse was there for a weekly massage with with Mr. Ledger. The ladies claim that he was found face down on his bed, unconcious, so the masseuse called Mary-Kate Olsen. She had called Mary-Kate 4 times before she called 911. She apperently called because her bodyguard was an EMT. Also, Mary-Kate was a close friend of Heath's. But how close, we will never know.
It took the bodyguard 9 minutes to get to the apartment. He arrived shortly after the police. Mr. Ledger was pronounced dead at the scene. They since then have recoverd more than 5 different perscription drug bottles. most full.

-Alprazolam (Xanax) used to treat anxiety disorders
-Diazepam (Valium) for the treatment of anxiety and alcohol withdrawal
-Lorazepam (Ativan) used to treat anxiety and tension and insomnia
-Zopiclone (Lunesta) used as a treatment for insomnia
-Temazepam (Restoril) generally prescribed for the treatment of short-term severe or debilitating insomnia in patients who have difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep

Also, they found a $20 bill rolled up in a "certain" way. It was tested for drugs, but came back negative for any.
His autopsy came back inconclusive. So, we must wait right around 2 weeks for the toxicology reports.
The police say that it looks like an accedental overdose.

Also, it had surfaced that he had Pneumonia when he died. But the Autopsy ruled it out as reason for his death.


Ledger just finished wrapping up his role as "Joker" in the new installment of The newest Batman Movie, The Dark Knight. His predesesor is Jack Nicholson, in the 1989 version. Cleverly titled "Batman".

Jack Nicholson told TMZ camera's "I Warned him" when he heard of his death.

When more news comes out, I will be sure to let you know. Heath was one of my favorite actors.

But I will share the lastest info on all of the latest Star Gossip!
Also, I will share my personal opinion on what is going on...
